Monday - Thursday 10pm - 7:30am

On behalf of our well-respected client Major Recruitment are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their workshop.
Main tasks
- Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machine
- Carry out machining of components
- Measure components produced on machines and use inspection equipment to ensure that components are manufactured to the drawing dimensions and tolerances
- Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings
- Work to a lean theory

Mori Seiki Driven Tooling Lathe
Mori Seiki Vertical Milling machine
Nakamura Twin Spindle/Twin Turret Barfeed Lathe
Nakamura Twin Spindle/Twin Turret Gantry Lathe
Okuma 4 Axis Barfeed Lathe
Okuma Horizonal Machining Centre
ORT Spline Roller
MUST HAVES!
- Experience working with Stainless Steel and Machine Programming using Fanuc/Okuma/Mazak CNC controls
- Experience of working to tight tolerances
