We are delighted to be working with a leading outdoor clothing brands, specifically targeting the outdoor sports market, based in Telford.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer with a strong fashion/apparel background to fully coordinate the design and development of apparel ranges. You will be assisting with multiple projects and ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.

You must be able to work effectively alongside the rest of the design team and strong organisation skills are a must. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of products, from outdoor collections to lifestyle and technical-specific gear. If you have a passion for all things outdoor, this will be the role for you.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working within a creative team with at least 1 years' experience in graphic design.
• Highly skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe creative suite packages.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to present and discuss design concepts.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of branding and adhering to the brand guidelines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge in packaging design and an understanding of print production.
• Flexible and adaptable to deal with change with a willingness to learn new skills and assist and grow within the team.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
