Focus Washrooms have been designing, making, and installing washrooms since 1998. We are currently recruiting a Telesales Executive to support our team at our office in Welham Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively searching out relevant enquiries. Working closely with the sales team to make telephone contacts to prospects in the education and commercial sectors and secure interest with stakeholders to have conversations in regard of washroom refurbishments needs. There will be a high level of teleselling to industry prospects to search out enquiries You will keep up a cadence of contact with existing clients in search of repeat business.

We are happy to negotiate on total days/hours but will be no less than 3 days a week for 5 hrs a day, with 30 minutes for lunch. However, we expect willingness to put in whatever is necessary to meet demands

About you:

The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone, have a positive can-do attitude and previous proactive sales telephone experience in a B2B marketplace. An ideal candidate would be someone that has these skills and could work part time.  You will be Accountable and hungry for task completion and success, as well as having great communication skills. You will also be an organised individual who is confident and able to project an assertive disposition
