We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Marketing Executive to join a vibrant team in the travel industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their marketing expertise while working on a variety of projects that promote enriching cultural tours and events.

Role Overview:
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of the marketing strategy, driving awareness and engagement of their product. This role is dynamic and varied, combining both creative and project management responsibilities, with a focus on content creation, digital and print campaigns, and brand management. You will be involved in the entire marketing process, from ideation to performance analysis, helping to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, websites, digital ads, video, and print materials.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyse the success of campaigns using metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • CMS Management: Maintain and update website content.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
