About the role:

Do you have previous experience in Social Housing / Building Repairs? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative that wants to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.

Westone Housing ltd is an established Principal contractor, who’re currently seeking to partner with several Multi Skilled Operatives to service our voids, bathroom and maintenance contracts as well as property restoration works.

The successful applicants will be reliable, diplomatic, and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience in the general building trades.

Works expected to be completed include:

• Plastering
• Decorating
• Carpentry / 1st fix, 2nd fix & Kitchen fitting
• Basic plumbing

You will work closely with a designated project manager who will keep a shared diary up to date with all jobs required to be completed each day with all relevant information.
