Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate machines, ensuring they function correctly throughout the production process.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise with machinery, minimizing downtime.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work area is kept clean and organized.
- Record and report any defects or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machines as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Machine Minder or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the job.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour.
- Regular working hours with weekends off.
