An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
  • You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
  • Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Employment law and litigation expert
  • 4 years PQE

The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £50,000 - £60,000.
