Site Engineer - What you will be doing:
- Build strong relationships with customers and their advisors.
- Implement sustainability, health and safety, quality, and environmental practices.
- Apply and uphold the Business Management System.
- Proactively solve problems and support continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior staff, conducting annual appraisals.
- Ensure project compliance with contract specifications and drawings, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise site operations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
