Key responsibilities:

ISO 15189 & ISO 13485 Implementation:Lead the transition to ISO 15189:2022 and establish ISO 13485 processes across key business functions.

Quality Management System (QMS):Manage and continuously improve the company’s QMS, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Regulatory Engagement:Engage with accrediting and regulatory agencies, ensuring that the laboratory is always audit-ready and compliant with the latest standards.

Team Training:Ensure all staff are fully trained and competent in quality processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
