Job Description:

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture and future. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company's HR strategy supports our business objectives and fosters a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and career development initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and develop company policies that promote a healthy and productive workplace.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyse HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and report on HR-related trends and issues.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits programs and oversee the development of competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR management, preferably in [industry].
