Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce and maintain the school's behaviour policies effectively.
• Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
• Provide mentorship on a one-to-one and small group basis, promoting positive development.
• Work in partnership with teachers and parents to create and implement behaviour support plans.
• Contribute to strategies aimed at improving the overall school climate.
• Accurately document behavioural incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Behaviour Mentor role or similar position.
• Strong grasp of behaviour management techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect with students and support their engagement in learning.
• A proactive mindset focused on finding solutions to behavioural issues.
• Knowledge of the UK educational system is a plus.
