Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils, using this data to inform teaching strategies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating curriculum that inspires curiosity and a love of learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies, promoting a culture of respect and responsibility.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• A passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of young learners.
