Salary £24,800 base salary with OTE of £40k+ 
37.5 hrs per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday)

We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses. Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for cross selling multiple utilities, and winning new business, initially with a focus on commercial water as the primary sale and waste and telecoms as cross sell.  
  
Role Overview  

We have an opportunity for an experienced and high performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our team in providing an unrivalled service to our customers whilst cross selling multiple-utilities and winning new business.  
  
Responsibilities include  
  • Cross selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products 
  • Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers 
  • Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers 
  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM 
  • Offering quotations to business customers and closing business 
  • Objection handling 
  • Listening to the customers’ needs 
  • Assisting where possible with the customers queries 
  • Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity 
  • Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role

  • Strong and proven ability to exceed sales targets 
  • Exceptional attention to detail  
  • The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day 
  • The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride 
  • Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people 
  • The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets 
  • UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge (highly desirable) 
  • Working to a high standard with good timekeeping 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload 
  • The ability to cope well under pressure  
  • Self-motivated and a team player 
  • IT Literacy (Microsoft Office) 
  • Flexibility with hours during busy periods
