Location: Glasgow
Salary: £47,816.00 per year
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Early finish on Fridays)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. With a background in process or FMCG industries, you will lead and support a skilled team of four engineers, overseeing the maintenance of material handling equipment to ensure high levels of efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of four engineers
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure the smooth operation of material handling equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and productivity
• Work consistent day shifts, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a process or FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly
