Mechanical Design Engineer – North Surrey – Design and Build Opportunity  

Are you currently working as a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer, you may be with a consultancy looking to gain more experience in the Design and Build Environment?

Are you looking for the opportunity to work in a fast paced design and delivery position, with the chance to see help see the project through to completion.

LDNY People are currently working in partnership with a leading D&B contractor, their office is based in North Surrey and their projects are predominantly in the Surrey/London area.

They have a strong reputation within High End commercial fit out, including offices, restaurants, hotels.

They currently have a requirement for a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team, the position is head office based in Surrey (close to a mainline station and parking available near the office).

Role Requirements:

• You will currently be working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Building Services sector, they are open to people from a consulting environment or D&B background.
• Capable of producing accurate Building Services calculations, working as part of a Design team.
• The position offers the chance to be involved in the full Design and Build process, so it is an exciting opportunity to learn.
• The position is office based so you must be commutable to their head office in North Surrey.
• Strong written and oral skills and comfortable working on your own initiative.
• Full UK working rights, my client cannot offer sponsorship at this time.
