Job description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to fire protection. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management andcontract procurment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts
- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- Conduct risk assessments
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards

Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of fire protection
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in cost control

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • surveying: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)


Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
