We are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Valuer to join our market leading client, with a driven and friendly team of property professionals in Haverhill, specializing in Residential Sales.

Duties to Include:

• Visiting clients’ properties to conduct valuations
• Preparing photographs and sales particulars
• Providing timely feedback to clients
• Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Collaborating with the team to value and list properties
• Providing a welcoming and first-class service to clients

Experience/Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a Valuer role within an Estate Agency
• Ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to manage a varied, busy, and rewarding role, organizing workload to meet multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team
• Proficient IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing new technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Own vehicle insured for business use

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays (on a rota basis)

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a day off in lieu)

Benefits:

23 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service) Contributory Pension

OTE - £35,000 - £38,000
