Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with a leading Asset Management company in Edinburgh looking to hire a talented Enterprise Data Architect. This role will be worked on a hybrid basis and give the successful applicant a unique chance to put their name behind the next version of our client's cloud data platform.

In this role you will lead the architecture and design of data services, as well as coming up with innovative data solutions to fulfil the technical business needs and wider adoption of data analytics. You will act as a key enabler in the digital transformation of our client's organisation, working closely with the CTO Management Teams and key stakeholders involved in forming and delivering the digital, data and integration technologies strategies.

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect with excellent future thinking capability, and a thought leader who has good knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms and is comfortable working with the business to improve data quality.

Skills:

-Extensive experience in the application of architecture, enterprise roadmaps, analytics, cloud, IT strategies, innovation, SAFe, TOGAF, and data integration concepts and methodologies

-Recognised as a top-level expert with significant in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in the data domain

-Demonstrable experience with cloud-based data and integration platform capabilities, including the implementation of data and integration platforms utilising technologies e.g. Snowflake, AWS, and Azure ecosystems

-Capable of applying architectural principles to solutions, with key data requirements to help visualise and create high-level models that can be re-used in future analysis to extend and mature the enterprise data architecture

-Experience of data analytics, data integration technologies, and using data visualisation

-Experience of defining, through a variety of tools and techniques, data modelling and governance capabilities

-Proven ability to set direction and effectively execute multiple operational initiatives, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.

-Proven track record of success in large-scale IT organisations and transformation projects.
