The Primary School are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temporary full time basis supporting classes in Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Teaching Assistant would possess a positive can-do attitude and will need to be able to help the classroom teachers with setting up activities, working with children on a one to one basis whilst providing feedback to the teachers and parents as well as leading classes with the help from the classroom teacher. Ideally having experience working with children that have additional learning needs would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification or at least 6 months experience working within a classroom setting
• Be flexible to work between the times of 08:30am – 15:30pm
• Have a good knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum
• Excellent communication skills
