Clearview New Build is the leading fabricator and installer of windows and doors to the new build housing sector. Headquartered in Wakefield, we are part of the £50m+ Conservatory Outlet Group and we take pride in delivering high quality products and excellent service to our clients.  

As we continue to grow, we have full time permanent positions available for experienced Window and Door Fitters. If you are already an existing team of two, or an individual, we would welcome your application.

The main purpose of the role will be to install UPVC windows & doors (French doors & patio doors), to new-build housing sites on a plot-by-plot basis, ensuring quality and quantities are achieved, and any snagging issues are rectified along the way.

It is important to us that we deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To achieve this, it is vital that we have teams of Window and Door Fitters who are quality focused, experienced, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

In these customer facing roles, you will be expected to maintain and strengthen our brand and reputation and provide our customers with an excellent fitting experience.

We expect you to:

• Be experienced in new build window and door installations
• Provide excellent quality window and door installation work
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
• Display an outstanding work ethic.
• Display excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate extremely high standards of work.
• Demonstrate a desire and determination to ensure all work completed meets the high-quality standards our customers expect.
• Have the drive to achieve deadlines and deliver quality work right first time.
• Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.
• Be compliant with working to building control standards.
• NVQ in Fenestration would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

You will:

• Hold a full Driving license.
• Hold a relevant & valid CSCS/GQA Card
• Be able to display strong communication skills.
• Be able to build positive relationships with all key personnel.
• Be highly driven, hardworking, and self-motivated.

• Have excellent planning and organisational skills and be a strong problem solver.
• Have excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
