Project Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – Greenwich

Project Quantity Surveyors Role: Manage a series of small yet complex new-build residential RC frame sites in Greenwich, with a total build value of £20m. These projects, under a local authority client, are part of a framework agreement with potential for additional sites.

Company Growth: This contractor is on an upward trajectory, expecting a turnover of £40m this year with a visible pipeline to reach £50m+ in the next three years. With 13 active frameworks across London and the Home Counties, they need a client-facing Project Surveyor skilled in handling high-spec RC frame residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Commercial Director.
• Exercise significant autonomy in managing projects.
• Lead client-facing interactions and negotiations.
