Job Title - Damp and Mould Surveyor

Salary - 40/45k pro rata

We are recruiting a Building Surveyor, with damp and mould experience to join my clients family run company based in Kent.
Based in Northfleet, with regular site visits throughout Kent, you will be responsible for providing excellent and professional surveying service under the supervision of the Manager. You will cover many areas within surveying, from inspecting buildings, managing documentation to interpreting plans, liaising with diverse stakeholders, and recommending improvements to meet building regulations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
· A Building Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification.
· Extensive maintenance surveying experience, (with damp and mould experience) under your belt.
· Experience of CDM 2015 principles and their practical application.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· The ability to identify potential problems, analyse options, and find solutions in any situation.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in the construction industry.
· Good IT skills/knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
· A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel for projects throughout Kent and beyond.
· It will be an added advantage if you have Fire Engineering or equivalent Fire Qualifications and experience, and desirable if you have IFE or IFSM Membership.
