The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role: The successful candidate will become part of an established team, working on a diverse array of prominent projects across AlUla. Initially, you will focus on post-contract duties for residential and commercial developments within a heritage capital, with opportunities to expand into other areas.
Candidate Requirements:
- Over 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Extensive consultancy background
- MRICS qualification
- British national
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong experience in both pre- and post-contract roles
