We are Danecca - a specialist battery engineering company based in Silverstone, partnering with the likes of Scania, Vertical Aerospace, WAE, JLR, Lotus Group, Maple, Mercedes AMG & Yasa.

Recognised internationally for engineering excellence, we are headed up by our very smart Founder & MD, Danson, who holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, ex National Grid and innovator at Jaguar Land Rover where he led the team that delivered the battery for the World Car of the Year 2019, the Jaguar I-Pace. Impressive. Yes… but Danson saw an opportunity to be better & innovate faster and thus in 2018 he founded Danecca.

We're seeking a super-efficient, multi-tasking Production Coordinator to help orchestrate our production process and get all our teams in the right place at the right time. Any experience of working in an engineering, production, materials, supply chain, purchasing based environment would be very helpful.

The Opportunity:

As Production Coordinator, you will hold the key to our production robustness, you will ensure that we are purchasing and receiving items in a timely fashion and that they are booked in, logged and serialised in accordance with our procedures. You will be responsible for build readiness including parts distribution, BoM reconciliation and ensuring WIS/SOP/BoMs are ready and available for build slots.

You will be setting up and managing our kanban system, chasing suppliers and will be responsible for making sure all parts, including tools, are ready and available for build.

Liaising with our Production and Timing Manager and the Head of Finance amongst others, you will play gatekeeper to our parts and tool stores to ensure we have everything in the correct place.
