Based in South London this highly profitable medium sized structural consultancy are seeking to employ an Associate director on a permanent basis as their practice continues to grow. You will be joining an established company who have all their structure and procedures in place including a generous benefits package, Revit/BIM Level 2 and a career path to partner. They currently have more than 50 technical staff in their business and are seeking to grow this by 50% over the next 2 years.

The role will require you to manage the technical staff on a daily basis whilst also managing a number of projects directly and becoming involved in client management and business development. You will also be meeting clients and attending meetings representing the company and mentoring junior members of staff.

You will be a chartered engineer with a confident approach to managing staff and projects and comfortable taking design decisions. You must have good communication skills and have experience working at a senior level on building structures projects in the UK.
