The successful Consents Manager will:
- Prepare, implement, maintain, and update the Consents Management Plan and Consents Register.
- Manage and monitor the status of all consents to ensure that no work commences without the necessary approvals, and that all conditions are fully complied with.
- Liaise effectively with third parties, contractors, and stakeholders, arranging and attending liaison meetings as required.
- Ensure continuous compliance with all consents throughout the duration of the projects.
- Keep detailed records of all communications and meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Act promptly to notify contractors of any breaches or potential issues related to consents, working proactively to resolve disputes.
