We are looking for an experienced engineering consultant to lead a small team of 3 dedicated and ambitious consultants

This is an established, division where you can really make a difference by leading from the front.

What will I be doing?

• Mentoring, motivating, inspiring and developing a team of 3 consultants
• Building relationships with candidates and potential clients in the Engineering Sector
• Developing and expanding your desk through Account Management and Business development
• Delivering constant recruitment for key clients

What experience do I need?

• We want someone who has a minimum of 12 months experience working within the Engineering sector of a recruitment agency.
• The ability to work to targets & KPIs
• The ability to motivate your team and drive the division forward.
