An opportunity for a Complaints Administrator has arisen with the local authorities on a 2 Month contract

Pay Rate: £13.74 Per Hour (PAYE) plus Holiday pay.

Location: LE67 4JP

Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Purpose:

To provide a comprehensive, positive and effective complaint handling and resolution service to our tenants and customers. To take ownership and accountability for resolving complaints and following through to completion. To work closely with housing contractors to investigate and resolve issues, and provide satisfactory outcomes for housing tenants and external organisations. To work collaboratively with the internal Feedback team to support the development and delivery of quality services to our customers and tenants.

Typical involvement will include:

  • To provide the office and administrative functions of the Asset Management Support Team to support the delivery of a modern, effective, customer focused and high-performing asset management and property maintenance service
  • The strategic and commercial direction of the service, is to exploit markets and develop new business opportunities to expand the local footprint;
  • The effective and efficient use of IT systems;
  • The effective delivery of internal policies, procedures and agreements to support the delivery of asset management and property maintenance services;
  • The administration of a comprehensive performance and financial management framework to support the delivery of asset management and property maintenance services

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level II Business Administration OR Customer Service OR three years' relevant administration experience
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant administrative or office-related qualifications are a plus.
