Infrastructure Solution Architect – Nottingham, £70,000 - £80,000

We’re currently hiring for a Infrastructure Solutions Architect with a focus in Infrastructure to join a well known brand based in Nottingham. The Solutions Architect will predominantly
focus on IT infrastructure high-level designs and proposals in response to internal customer requests and project demands.

Day to day, as the Solutions Architect you’ll be working alongside Service Owners and SMEs to delivery cost effective, supportable end-to-end high-level designs, adhering to enterprise strategy, roadmaps, standards, security and service capability.

You’ll be part of team that are the driving force of new and emerging technology within an enterprise business.  The solution you’ll be designing will fall within the following technical stack; Azure Cloud, Microsoft Enterprise product suite, Network, Windows & Linux Server Infrastructure , SAP, Database and Security.

Essential Experience – Solutions Architect:

• Must have a track record creating solutions such as; infrastructure, transformation and migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration and service management
• Designed complex solutions that form part of large-scale projects and programmes
• Worked in a fast pace environment and owned solutions that are highly available, disaster recovery and business continuity compliant
• Have the ability to juggle many hats including business, commercial and technical
• A natural leader – someone with excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and steer others
• Experience with complex projects and programmes,
