QHSE Manager

My client is a leading manufacturer working in the marine renewables and O & G sector. The have established a reputation in being able to provide both innovative design and quality manufacturing to their clients. As a result of relocation of their present H & S Manager, they are looking for a seasoned QHSE Manager to head up their two facilities.
You will have responsibility for over seeing overall company policies and procedures as well as managing 2 advisors. The main thrust of the role is overing the QHSE function, knowledge of welding procedures and ISO standards (9001, 1090, 14001). Other tasks will be acting with project teams at kick off meetings to define H & S parameters for new projects undertaken by the team. Candidates will have at least 5 years H &S experience in a manufacturing environment and be NEBOSH qualified. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to think laterally with a wide range of design and production disciplines.
