Are you a CAD Designer looking to step into a team lead role, supervising and supporting other CAD Engineers where you will enjoy company benefits, hybrid work options, and the chance to advance into a managerial position?

In this role, you'll manage and support CAD engineers, ensuring they meet targets, KPIs, and stay on task. You'll also contribute to design projects when needed, combining leadership with hands-on design work.

The Role:
- Manage and support CAD engineers, ensuring they meet targets and KPIs.
- Keep the team on task and maintain productivity.
- Contribute to design projects when needed, blending leadership with hands-on design work.
The Person:
- Expertise Design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Manager background preferred
- Based in Exeter
