£30,000 - £37,000/annum + Package + Bonus

My client has an opportunity for a Construction Team Administrator to be located at their Office in the Enfield area of North London.  Reporting to the Director, the role will be to provide the Construction Projects Team with general administration support, and to provide client liaison services.

Responsibilities

  • General administration duties supporting the Project Management Team
  • Organise and maintain the electronic and paperwork filing of project delivery documents
  • Assist in the collection and production of Customer Feedback data
  • Production and distribution of letters, newsletters to residential and commercial tenants
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging access for our site teams with tenants
  • Operation of our client focused Helpdesk
  • Ordering and chasing of project materials and office supply deliveries
  • Typing and distributing quotations, letters etc.
  • Reception duties including telephone answering and dealing with office visitors
  • Issuing orders by email where required
  • Making internet materials purchases
  • Photocopying/scanning/binding/laminating as required
  • General typing for the team when required
  • Apply for parking suspensions, scaffolding and other licences - liaison with local authority representatives
  • Issuing invoices to the client
  • Submission of time sheets/expenses/receipts to SW Bruce accounts dept
  • Uploading O&M Manuals/Assets onto the client system
  • Updating Financial Tracker/Projects Programme
  • Preparing Health & Safety folders for upcoming projects
  • Drafting Construction Phase Plans for development by management
  • Preparation of O&M Manuals
  • Uploading Delivery Notes/Waste Transfer Notes to Qflow waste data portal
  • Management of EV charging cards

The right candidate will:

  • Be well presented and organised
  • Have a good standard of English and maths
  • Be a good verbal and written communicator
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be able to deal with colleagues and clients in a proactive, friendly manner
  • Be proficient with the MS Office suite of programmes, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project would be an advantage
  • Be able to work independently and within the team
