Tenant Liaison Officer
Monday to Friday 8-5 42hrs
£15-18hr paid weekly via umbrella
Stoke-on-Trent (based mainly in one site)

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be working with the Damp & Mould team
• Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
• Communication with the contractors
• Access requests
• Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.
To be successful as a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
• Experienced in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
• Have a full UK Driving Licence
