CAFM Analyst

Permanent, Full Time

Package: £40,000 - £46,000

Location: RAF Northolt, HA4 6NG (3 days working in the office)

Our client is recruiting for an experienced CAFM Analyst with proven data analysis and a Facilities Management understanding to be based in Northolt.

As a CAFM Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving performance reporting and influencing operations within our building maintenance Defence contract.

You will work closely with the Performance team and operational teams to develop robust reporting functions, driving metrics and data to enhance our performance.

The successful candidate will have

• Data analysis expertise
• Strong understanding of a Facilities Management
• Preferable training in Maximo (CAFM), with a strong understanding of data analysis
• Proficiency with PowerBI or Power Query
• Excellent communication skills

You would be responsible for

• Analyse performance across all work types, ensuring stakeholders are provided with valuable analytic feedback
• Reviewing performance position to ensure contractual targets are being met
• Developing reporting guides and ensuring associated processes are in place and regularly updated
• Track and record trends on Key Performance Indicators both internally and externally
• Auditing and assessing data in CAFM, recommending improvements for effective system use
• Continuously develop contract reporting, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Manage and maintain Performance Team meetings, ensuring minutes and actions are recorded
• Manage an assistant, conducting regular 1:1 development reviews and providing holiday/absence cover
