Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Night Hygiene Operative on a temporary basis for a client based near Penzance.

The main purpose of this job is to ensure that strict hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Main tasks of the job will include:

• • To comply with all Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
  • Prepare and be responsible for any cleaning equipment used to carry out hygiene duties.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out and signed-off in accordance with hygiene, quality and safety standards;
  • Clean the factory to a high standard- adhering to company safety policies;
  • Be responsible for alerting the Hygiene Shift Supervisor to any issues that may impact upon the integrity of the clean;

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have all round cleaning experience
• Be able to work on own initiative and manage own time
• Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management team
• Have good knowledge of H&S and CoSHH

Working hours are 6pm until 4.30am Monday - Thursday.

In return the company are offering £11.44 + 10% shift allowance.
