Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct forensic investigations and surveillance on insulation measures.
• Perform routine quality inspections of completed work.
• Investigate complaints and prepare detailed reports.
• Stay updated on regulations and provide briefings.
• Liaise with members regarding guarantee applications and reports.
• Audit Installer and System Designer Assessment activities.
• Maintain health and safety practices.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficient in MS Office and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PAS 2030, PAS2031, and PAS2035.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Independent working capability.
• Clean driving license.

Communication/Relationships:

• Collaborate with managers and colleagues.
• Stay updated with industry developments.
• Support company goals and business objectives.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £34,000 – 36,500 per year
