ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer for Wales. The Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience during external and internal upgrade works. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing information, support, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, providing timely information and support throughout the upgrade process
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, NCH staff, and area TMOs to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Complaint Management: Address and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Project Support: Provide support to the production team during decanting and handover processes
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer on construction sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid CSCS Card and First Aid Certificate (preferred)
