HSE Recruitment Network are currently representing this fast paced Manufacturing organisation who specialise in food manufacturing, and are seeking an experienced Safety Health and Environment Advisor to work on a large single site. There will be progression available and be able to have exposure to other sites in the group when working on projects and sharing best practice.

Based,  North Acton, London ( NW10)
Reporting to the SHE Manager
Salary : £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefit package which includes, matched pension, up to 10% company bonus and 25 days holiday + bank
 
Working hours are Monday - Friday   8.30am – 5pm *with flexibility to work one night and one weekend day per month* which can be booked flexibly.
 
Seeking a dynamic and passionate Safety, Health and Environment Advisor who is able to connect, and gain buy in from both the factory floor and stakeholders.  The successful individual would be well supported and be a key player within the site based SHE Team. Within this role there is an expectation to be able to lead with gravitas, manage change, develop procedures, and deliver an effective and positive culture behavioural change programme.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the requirements of all relevant SHE legislation are followed and implemented, and that the Business  complies with corporate and legal requirements at all times.
  • Ensure a positive and constructive SHE culture is prevalent throughout the Business.
  • Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practices year on year.
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:
  • Fast Pace Manufacturing experience, ideally with prior food manufacturing experience
  • NEBOSH Certificate, ideally Diploma or equivalent / in progress
  • Proven to support and nourish cultural and behavioural change
  • Change management experience

  • Able to influence, gain buy -in with strong communication skills
