Design Manager

Location: Bristol
Salary: Circa £60,000 + Package

This is a great opportunity for you to lead the design process on a range of exciting projects with values ranging from £1m to £20m.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all design aspects of the projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. Your role will also involve resolving design issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

You should have proven experience as a Design Manager, ideally within a contracting environment, and a solid understanding of construction processes and design management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

This position offers a competitive salary of around £60,000 plus a comprehensive package, along with excellent opportunities for career advancement within a growing and dynamic Tier 2 contractor.
