A fantastic, growing business is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager role based in Slough. This role offers significant progression and hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the preparation and production of statutory accounts under IFRS.
  • Leading the annual audit process for the UK entity and overseas units as required
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and local filings where applicable in our overseas units.
  • Preparation and coordination of month end reporting process, including commentary

and variance analysis.

  • Production of consolidated management accounts packs for submission to head office
  • Managing and coordinating other local compliance
  • Implementing improved cash flow processes, and ongoing cash forecasting for all entities.
  • Supporting the development of monthly and quarterly rolling forecast process
  • Drive improved efficiency & accuracy in reporting through process improvements
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls, processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant
  • Strong technical skills is desirable and must have previous experience with month end.
