Experienced Project Manager - Brickwork Subcontractor

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our growing brickwork subcontracting team. Our company has an extensive portfolio of successful projects, having worked with many reputable main contractors such as Graham, GMI, Domis, and United Living.

We are seeking for a trainee to train up or an experienced Project Manger with brickworks experience.

About the Role:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all aspects of brickwork and masonry projects from start to finish

- Overseeing teams of skilled bricklayers, masons, and other tradespeople

- Ensuring high-quality workmanship, on-time delivery, and budget compliance

- Liaising with main contractors, architects, and clients

- Monitoring health & safety and quality standards

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager in brickwork or masonry

- Proven track record of successfully delivering brickwork/masonry packages

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of building regulations, quality standards, and health & safety

- Ability to lead and motivate teams

- Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or a related field
