Project Engineer – Engineering – Up to 50k + Package
We are recruiting for an organisation who are looking for a Project Engineer to work as part of the CAPEX team and working alongside others in their Facilities Department.
This role is based on a large site, covering working with main contractors in a full turnkey role and supporting the project manager on developing and maintaining the sites buildings during and prior to refurbishments and of any new buildings.
The role will also be involved in the day to day compliance on environmental issues arising from the maintenance and construction projects on the site, also being involved in the project management and designs early stages, using project management and AutoCAD software, where all training will be given to those unfamiliar on these packages.

Estates Manager, CAPEX Manager, Facilities Manager, Facilities Co-ordinator.

Project Engineer - Requirements
- Understanding PPM and Repairs to various types of buildings and exteriors - Essential
- Building Controls knowledge and integrated systems – Essential
- Health and Safety knowledge - Essential
- NVQ level 3, or above – Desirable
- AutoCAD knowledge - Desirable
- Full Driving Licence – Desirable
- CRB Checked – Essential
- IT Skills and Report Writing - Desirable
