The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for Customer Operations candidates in the Edinburgh area.
This is a Fixed Term Contract position until May 2025
Role Duties:
To provide support to clients and financial advisors regarding their investments and policies and carrying out a variety of tasks within the organisation including:
- Updating data, using a variety of systems
- Speaking with clients, providing excellent customer service
- Supporting internal and external clients with requests
- Verbal and written correspondence
