We have an exciting opportunity for an Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.

About the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

You will be working in a high end ccommercial building, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve electrical and mechanical aspects of the building.

Mon - Fri role 8-5pm

Responsibilities of the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

• Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
• Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems.
• Repairs on Electrical Systems
• Install on Electrical Systems
• Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers
• Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
• Fault finding
• Plumbing
• Working on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Systems.
• Work on Three Phase Systems with Voltages up to 440V.
• General branch maintenance (drainage, plumbing, building fabric)
• Work along side clients and represent the company well.

Requirements for the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

• 17th Editions
• Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation Electrical or Part 1 & 2.
• Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing & Heating.

• Basic salary of £38,000.
