Job Description

Cyber-Weld Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage and oversee our facilities. We are seeking a candidate who is excited to take on a broad range of responsibilities and grow within our organisation. Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance and Operations: Oversee maintenance and repair of factory units, ensuring efficient operation of all systems. Implement preventive maintenance and manage contractors. Handle logistics, including vehicle control.
  • Safety, security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and develop emergency response plans. Run security of the building.
  • Follow Administrative Processes: Handle IT and data processing, office administration, post and telephone management, filing, and general clerical duties.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Manage the facilities budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts for cost-effective solutions.
  • Space Planning and Utilisation: Optimise space and workflow efficiency. Support facility expansions and renovations in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and negotiate contracts.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement energy-saving measures and promote sustainability across all facilities.
  • Customer Visit Support: Help coordinate customer visits, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Goods in/out and Shipping: Support us in signing goods in and out to site and arranging shipping when required.

Skills and required experience

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related role.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Estates Administration.
  • Is proficient in MS Office and database concepts.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Compensation and Perks

 £25,000 - £30,00 depending on experience

25 days a year plus bank holidays.
