Air Conditioning Engineer | West London / Berkshire | £45,000 Basic Salary | OTE: £50K - £60K | Commercial Environments.

Due to contract expansion, we are currently seeking Air Conditioning Engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), servicing, breakdowns, repairs and minor installations / replacements.

You will be working on a mobile basis across a commercial and high end domestic portfolio of properties across West London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire etc (circa 60-90 minute radius of home) etc. Properties will include commercial offices, restaurants, retail stores, large residential environments etc.

Package: What is in it for you?

• Basic Salary: £45,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
• Status: Full time, Permanent Role (PAYE).

• Paid Overtime Available - x1.5 - x2 rates.
• Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks. £125 per week standby + minimum 4 hours pay if called out.

• OTE: £50K - £60K per annum (dependant on volume of overtime you choose to do).

Duties:

• PPMs and servicing to commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs to commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment.
• Coil cleans, filter cleans/changes, lubricating moving parts, component replacements etc.
• Equipment may include but will not be limited to: Split / Multi Split Units, VRV systems, VAV systems, VRF systems, CRAC units, DX units, other similar equipment.

Requirements:

• Must hold valid F Gas certificate.
• Must have experience working across commercial air conditioning systems.
• Ideally hold City and Guilds Levels 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning (non essential).
• Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
• Able to work on a mobile basis across East London and Essex regions.
