The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to placing them in roles that match their skills and career goals within the construction sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry, recruiting for a range of positions from skilled trades to senior management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction roles.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking through our recruitment software.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
