The role:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s renewable energy products
- Make outbound calls to our customer database to generate enquiries
- Qualify the customer in line with our product criteria
- Set an appointment with the customer for our BDM to visit
- Handle inbound contacts (calls, emails, web-chat and other channels as appropriate) and support the customer through a consultative sales approach
- Ensure that all sales opportunities are dealt with in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to generate leads
- Support new sales activities with additional products as and when they come on-line
- Deliver sales excellence by achieving performance targets
- Respond to customer enquiries and information requests in a professional manner; ensuring accounts are up to date
We’re looking for:
- B2B Contact Centre experience is desirable
- Experience in appointment setting desirable
