We are recruiting for one of the largest European relocation specialists in the UK. Their reach is unparalleled with an estimated 260 trips departing by road on an annual basis. They are also specialists in relocation by shipping and air and make seemingly impossible tasks a reality for their clients.

They are now looking to speak to an experienced Sales Support Coordinator from within the Removals and Storage Industry.

In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to the sales team and will be the initial point of contact for all customer and prospect queries. 

The role will also involve contacting existing customers in a timely manner in order to confirm the details and arrangements for upcoming moves and being the initial point of contact for all customer queries.

The ideal candidate should possess demonstrable experience in sales and customer service. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties will include:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls, identifying new and existing customers and addressing queries and concerns.
  • Undertaking administrative duties relevant to the Sales function, and further administrative tasks as directed.
  • Provide support to the Sales team to ensure that they have all resources necessary to fulfil their own roles.
  • Follow up sales leads after initial quotations are sent out.
  • Maintain the quality of all data in the CRM (training will be provided).
  • Ensuring that GDPR guidelines are adhered to at all times when speaking with and validating the identity of callers.
  • Liaising with the Operations team to ensure the correct delivery of booked removals jobs.
  • Working with all colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales team and other functions.
  • Provides any necessary data or other information to the Sales team as requested.
  • Entering and updating all relevant client information.
  • Ensure absolute attention to detail at all times in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the services offered by the company and explain these to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
