I am working with an outstanding school that caters to students whose needs include SEMH, trauma, EBSA, which means they place a special emphasis on meeting the needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities. As a primary SEN teacher with them, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, helping them to achieve their full potential and supporting them in all aspects of their learning.

Our ideal candidate for Primary SEN Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong understanding of trauma / ACEs / Nurture 

A strong understanding of SEN and the ability to differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual student needs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A commitment to working collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to provide a cohesive learning environment

A passion for helping children to develop a love of learning and achieve their goals
